Refund and Returns policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you think a product you purchased from us is faulty, broken or damaged, please advise us within 7 days of receiving it, and we will either replace the item or refund the full purchase amount.
If for any other reason you realise that what you purchased is not what you wanted, we will accept it back within 14 days of purchase (unused and unwashed and in new condition with original packaging). We will offer a credit for the full purchase amount (buyer pays for all shipping costs). Due to the personal nature of pads these are not returnable unless faulty, broken or damaged .
If there is any other reason you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will do our very best to solve the problem. We want our customers to be happy with both our products and our service .
